1. You have 14 days to try the perfume at home.
  2. Keep the main box sealed until you decide to keep it. 
  3. If you decide to return it, visit our returns portal to download a free returns label, print this off, and drop the parcel at your nearest Post Office. Find the form here: Ffern Returns Portal

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your main Ffern box must be unopened. The sample box on the outside is there so that you may try our the perfume and decide if you like it. If you do, then great! If not, no worries - just don't open the main box, and return it to us with a Freepost label available here: Returns Portal.

If you buy a multi season pass, similar return conditions apply. With each bottle that you receive, you may return it within 14 days of receipt, so long as the main box is unopened. On return, we will either refund you the cost of the bottle, or roll your season pass onto the next season's perfume (there is no limit on the number of times that this can be done). If you elect to be refunded, we will refund you in accordance with our original pricing. For example, if you return one of four perfumes from a four season pass, we will refund you the difference between A) a two season pass + a single bottle, and B) a four season pass.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within ten days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at help@ffern.co and send your item to: St Michael's House, High Street, TAUNTON, TA41LJ, United Kingdom.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Gift returns

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
